I live outside the US. Can I purchase from the janalam.com webshop?

A

We now offer USPS Priority Shipping to Japan, Australia, and Canada. Email us at aloha@janalam.com if you'd like to purchase something, but live in a different country. We would love to get an order out to you, too!

I'm visiting Hawaii soon! Where can I see your products in person?

A

We have a shop located in our studio in Honolulu. You can view our studio address and a list of other retail stores across Hawaii that carry our products here and be sure to check our calendar to see if we will be having a pop-up shop during your visit!


Q

I saw your product somewhere. Why can't I find the same thing for sale on your website?

A

Many of our products are one-of-a-kind. If you love it, be sure to buy it before someone else does! Though we are occasionally able to take custom orders. We can remix the ink colors to be a close match to the one you saw. Pictures help! Contact us at aloha@janalam.com to get started on a custom order.

How long does shipping take?

A

Orders usually leave our studio within 1-3 business days after they are placed.

Standard Shipping:
1-2 days to Oahu addresses
2-3 days to outer island addresses
3-7 days to mainland addresses

Priority Shipping:
1 day to Oahu addresses
2 days to outer island addresses
3 days to mainland addresses

Priority International Shipping:
5-10 days
